These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of detournai.com and related services offered by deTournai LLC DBA deTournai (“deTournai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our email list and SMS show-updates program. By using the site or opting in to messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the messaging program.
The website
detournai.com is provided for information about deTournai LLC, our music, shows, and merch. Content is offered “as is.” We may change pages, links, and features at any time. You may not scrape, attack, or misuse the site. All trademarks, recordings, photos, and text on the site are owned by deTournai LLC or used with permission.
Accounts, purchases, and mailing list
If you submit your name, email, or phone on our signup form, you ask deTournai LLC to contact you about shows and related updates. Ticket or merch purchases on third-party sites (for example Spotify, Apple Music, or a store widget) are also subject to those companies’ terms.
SMS Terms
deTournai LLC operates a recurring SMS program for show announcements and related updates (the “SMS Program”).
- Brand: Messages are sent by deTournai (deTournai LLC DBA deTournai).
- Program: Recurring informational and marketing texts about upcoming shows, on-sale dates, and other deTournai news.
- Opt-in: You can join by texting SHOW to (850) 343-2424, or by submitting your mobile number on detournai.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will not receive more messages than needed for show and program updates.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Help: Text HELP to the number that messaged you, or email booking@detournai.com.
- Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation. After that we will not send SMS Program messages unless you opt in again. You may also email us to be removed.
- Supported carriers: The program should work with major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
By opting in, you confirm you are the mobile subscriber or are authorized to opt in that number, and that you are 18 or older (or have parent/guardian consent where required).
Disclaimers
The site and SMS Program are provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. deTournai LLC is not responsible for carrier outages, device issues, or third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, deTournai LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or the SMS Program. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes to the SMS Program will be disclosed as required (for example by posting here or by message).
